Wanting to be loved and accepted doesn’t make you needy, or extra, or selfish, or weak. It makes you human. In our work together my focus is building a relationship where you feel comfortable exploring what you think and feel, want and need. My style as a therapist is warm, relaxed, and conversational. I use playfulness, curiosity, creativity, and laughter to support the therapy process and I prioritize taking time to get to know you and what's important to you.
My clinical experience includes helping individuals work through relationship concerns, decision-making, life transitions, complex trauma, codependence, anxiety, and depression. I also enjoy exploring sexuality, gender, and identity and specialize in working with bisexual, pansexual, sexually-fluid, bi-curious, and label-free multisexual adults.
If you are curious to learn more about therapy itself or talk about how therapy with me might be helpful for you, I invite you to reach out. Call, email, or skip a step and schedule a free video consultation. I’m looking forward to hearing from you!
