My name is Makenzie Foulger and I am a Marriage and Family Therapist. I approach therapy through a systemic perspective and want to assist everyone find their true happiness. I create a safe environment and I am direct in my communication. I will be my client's advocate and empower them to be themselves.
I use a systemic perspective and most commonly use CBT and EFT with a client-centered approach. My client focus is to help people discover their authenticity and how to live being their true selves. I treat a range of issues from anxiety, depression, couple and teen-parent conflict, women's issues, eating disorders, and identity-finding.
I started working in treatment centers and saw the hurt that comes from not being accepted or authentic. I wanted to help people discover who they are and be proud of it.
