As a therapist, I believe the relationship between you as the client and me as the therapist is of utmost importance. My therapeutic style focuses on empowering you as the client to live the life you want to live. I work primarily through a cognitive behavioral lens, while also tailoring my approach to each individual. I enjoy working through relationship and family issues, life transitions and identity work.
