Therapy, to me, is a personal and inner-world experience. Drawing from an integrative tapestry of therapeutic approaches including mindfulness, systems work, narrative, strength-based, and somatic modalities, I tailor our sessions to meet your needs. We are all carrying so much - it’s dangerous to ignore what feels big, and icky, and overwhelming.
