Accepting new clients! - Hi, I'm Mak! I have a special interest in adults (18+) who have been negatively impacted by the systems and environments that surround them. I believe that our early life experiences, especially those learned during childhood, often shape our patterns and behaviors more than we realize. This can look like anxiety, depression, self esteem issues, attachment issues, difficulties within relationships, etc. By recognizing and understanding our recurring themes, we can improve our relationships with ourselves and those close to us.
With both empathy and humor, I guide my clients toward a deeper understanding of themselves, their emotional patterns, and the way these patterns influence their relationships and behaviors. Through unconditional care and support, we can identify these patterns together and gain the confidence to choose something different.
I value creating a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can explore the complex dynamics that can often hinder their personal growth and fulfillment. I recognize that although my clients are the experts of their own lives, it's easy to become stuck in the old patterns they can't see.
