I am trained in several evidence-based modalities of treatment for individuals, children and families: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma-Focused CBT, Modular Approach to Therapy for Children with Anxiety , Depression, Trauma and Conduct Problems.
I focus on parenting and family dynamics and provide individual therapy for adults. I am bilingual in English and Spanish.
