I work with individuals and couples who are seeking to solve an identified problem, or to ameliorate their lives while navigating the daily stressors of contemporary life. With my clients, I often discuss the important influence of family and culture(s) of origin, relational patterns, and other situational factors that might maintain or reinforce existing challenges.
