Hi! I'm Mairéad! I’ve worked in variety of institutes, have been trained in a variety of modalities, and approach each individual patient with a fresh outlook. To engage in therapy is a brave step towards positive change. After working with teens for years, I specialize in working with parents of teenagers and the unique challenges they face.
I’ve worked in fast-paced community outpatient clinics, schools, and private settings. I use a combination of psycho dynamic and evidence based (such as CBT) approaches. Working with teenagers I saw the challenges their parents face and have shifted to supporting parents of teens during these amazing but very challenging years.
