I see clients of all ages seeking help with issues of depression, anxiety, and trauma. Together we will work to make sense of your experience in order to tap new resources for wellness. I also work couples having relationship difficulties who are looking for tools to communicate with one another more openly while honoring the both partners' experiences.

The Covid 19 world is like no other. Our world often feels small and lonelyl. I am Jody Fuller and I am a Maine therapist. mM work focuses solely on the things most important to me: FAMILIES, KIDS/TEENS, and WOMEN IN TRANSITION. I offer my help. For parents, my 20+years of teaching Pre-8 and GIFTED kids, assist me in understanding your child's unique development, strengths, and needs. As a woman today, I am familiar with most transitions and difficult times. I will work to understand and support you.

I enjoy working with clients to identify and commit to what's most important in their lives, grow inherent strengths and wisdom in order to meet life's challenges, and explore new possibilities. I believe each person deserves a process of change and healing appropriate their unique life story. My approach is centered on compassion, acceptance, mindfulness, practicality and is often infused with humor. I prioritize fostering a purposeful, trustful and collaborative relationship between myself and each client.

It can take a lot of courage and vulnerability to reach out and seek support for your mental and emotional wellbeing. My primary goal as a counselor is to create a safe, inclusive, and nonjudgmental space for folks to engage in their personal healing and growth. I believe in a collaborative and client-directed approach to therapy based on warmth, compassion, and humor.

I offer counseling services to children, adolescents, and adults. I strive to establish a therapeutic relationship in which each individual feels safe to explore their thoughts, feelings, and needs, and to walk with them on their journey to healing. Life gets complicated, and can be painful at times. We all need someone to talk to. Whether its current situational problems or deeply rooted underlying issues that one wants to resolve, it is my honor to help.
