My goal as a therapist is to provide you with complete transparency as we work together to reach your goals. My role in our relationship is to support you as you process, grow, and heal. As a therapist, I work to empower and support all types of people to live as authentically as possible.
My approach embraces a positive view of mental health, gender, sexuality, race, and culture and identifies and addresses the negative influences that oppression and biases have on the lives of clients. Through this intersectional lens, we will build a trusting relationship that creates a safe space to work through whatever you'd like support with.
