Hi, my name is Mai Kou. I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. Are you experiencing depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, hardships, relationship issues, feeling lost or stuck? Sometimes we need someone to talk to about what we are going through, and we need a safe person we can share these things with without being judged. I am currently taking new clients adults ages 18-64 for individual therapy and therapy sessions are via telehealth.
I have worked with children, teenagers, adults, couples, and families throughout my career. I have worked with the most severe mental illness population in an inpatient psychiatric facility, crisis stabilization center, and outpatient settings.
