I work with individuals, couples and families and have a significant amount of experience assisting families who have children with special needs, especially Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD). I am also multilingual with multicultural competency.
I received a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Washington, and a Master of Arts in Applied Behavioral Science, System Counseling, at the Leadership Institute of Seattle (LIOS), Bastyr University.
While there have been considerable gains in care and research for children with special needs, families are often left behind by our current health care system. I have experienced many of these challenges myself, and have worked with families to overcome many of these unique barriers.
