I have a profound dedication to fostering growth within the youth as well as uplifting adults struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, addiction, and other personal concerns such as the need for self-enlightenment, lack of interpersonal skills, and major life transitions.
I am a Memphis native who from an early age had a fascination with psychology – a passion nourished by life within a country marked by apartheid. Driven by an unyielding commitment, my fervor lies in aiding the youth and adolescents of marginalized communities.
