Sessions are designed to facilitate healing through evidence based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). We will explore avenues of self-discovery and enhance social, physical, and emotional well-being. All feelings are valid; however, what is the rational of the feeling? Where did it originate from? You may find your emotions have deeper links. I offer a listening ear and empathetic understanding in a non-judgmental safe space.
I specialize in anxiety, depression, bipolar (I&II), and schizophrenia/schizoaffective disorders while also being trauma informed. I also work with issues such as anger, relationship issues, and life changes/adjustments.
I attended Tarleton State University where I found my passion for psychology. Neuroscience and Abnormal Psychology were my favorite subjects! After graduation, I was accepted into the Texas Tech Masters in Clinical Mental Health program. I graduated summa cum laude and have been on a mission ever since to destigmatize and educate others about mental health!
