Hi! My name is Maggie, and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor who works with adults struggling with depression, anxiety, addiction, and trauma. I recognize the courage it takes to seek help and embark on the path of self-discovery and healing. I take a client-centered approach, recognizing each individual is unique and deserves personalized care. I work collaboratively with clients to identify their goals, strengths, and challenges, and to develop a tailored treatment plan that aligns with their values and preferences.
I have over 8 years of experience as a clinician, and have worked not only as a therapist but also supervised an outpatient clinic. Central to my therapeutic approach is a belief in the power of collaboration and empowerment, which helps to cultivate skills for coping and resilience. I am EMDR trained, and focus on trauma, depression/anxiety, and addiction.
I am committed to creating a safe and supportive environment where individuals can explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences with compassion and understanding. My journey into the field of therapy has been deeply influenced by a desire to help others navigate the complexities of life and discover their inner strength and resilience.
