Being a person is hard. Big life events can make it harder and even daily care tasks make it harder. Sometimes, once we realize we need extra help, it’s hard to find the energy and courage to look for help, to ask for it. This is starting to sound like an endless cycle of things being hard and daily life feeling unmanageable – yikes! That’s where I come in! First thing you need to know: you are okay! You are doing so much better than you think! Fun side note: in addition to being an LPC Associate, I'm also a certified Level II Reiki practitioner.
I want to hold space for you to share all the ways that being a person is especially hard for you right now. I want you get cozy and spill it, so we can begin building your path toward feeling better and, more importantly, living better. Take off your shoes, put your feet up and get comfortable.
My main approach to this work is person-centered. I want to get to know you as a whole person, support you while you get to know yourself better and help you come back to yourself.
