With stress and worry of our day-to-day lives, sometimes it can feel like we're merely going through the motions, disconnected from ourselves or within our relationships. We can get caught up in negative self-talk, have a low sense of self-worth and that can feel paralyzing! Although we may be the last person we think of when it comes to giving ourselves grace, it's key we learn to do so, so we can hold boundaries around ourselves and not feel like we're giving from an empty cup.
I am passionate about helping clients navigate real-life issues that we aren’t given a guidebook for or taught in school. With openness, humor and an eagerness to hear the unique stories of my clients, I aim to provide individuals, couples and families a space where they can feel safe to show up as the experts on themselves.
I hope to use my training to act as a guide to cut through the noise of worry, others’ expectations or relational conflict, to help you hear yourself again.
