I can assist you in grieving by helping you live a life that still honors who you are and identify areas of meaningfulness for you.
My background in art therapy, EMDR, CBT, and mindfulness enables me to use the most appropriate tools to better serve my clients. I also have experience and training with grief and loss which enable me to provide you a safe space to share. My style allows me to be a compassionate guide as you process and move toward healing.
I have developed a unique perspective through my work in dually diagnosed outpatient settings, inpatient crisis units, and with active-duty military personnel. Recognizing the distinct needs of each individual, I am privileged to tailor a personalized and holistic approach to care.
