The effect that physical trauma, from sudden injury to chronic pain and more, can have on our emotional wellbeing is profound. Often, these experiences result in identity loss, isolation, depression, anxiety, and beyond. Simultaneously, the impact that our emotional wellbeing can have on our physical healing is equally as profound. It is one that often feels defeating and keeps us stuck in an exhausting pain loop. Through deepening the mind-body connection and processing trauma, loss, change, and fear, I support individuals on their wellbeing journey.
Trauma, injury recovery, chronic pain, grief and loss, and life transitions are among some of my areas of focus. I utilize various integrative approaches to help you feel empowered, safe, and heard.
