My name is Maggie Meister (she/her/hers). I enjoy helping others by creating a safe space, building a therapeutic relationship, listening, understanding, and allowing you to unpack your emotions. As a clinician, I use evidence-based/informed practices to achieve the goals you have set. Our sessions will be from the comfort of your own home on a virtual platform where you can express your emotions and yourself without judgement.
I work with children, adolescents, and adults that struggle with Anxiety, Depression, ADHD, ASD, Life Transitions, and Self-esteem. I can perform assessments for ADHD and Autism. I graduated from Siena Heights University with a master's degree in clinical Mental Health Counseling in May of 2022.
It may seem intimidating to see a counselor at first once we build a rapport, create a safe environment, and allow you to express your emotions freely you will see growth within yourself.
