We work together in developing insight & creative exploration of self while taking actionable steps to rebuild trust in yourself. I am dedicated to working with individuals experiencing anxiety, OCD (obsessive compulsive disorder), scrupulosity, depression, & mood disorders. Additionally, I work with women through all stages of motherhood who are going through life transitions or other mental health needs. I am a Catholic practitioner working with clients from many faith backgrounds.
