I specialize in working with children and families while applying a Family Systems and CBT approach. I have experience with ages K-12, coming into private Therapy with 10 years of School Counseling knowledge. I am comfortable meeting each family where they are at and offering a kind, non judgmental safe space.
I have provided support for children and families in the school system for over 10 years as a Certified School Counselor. I recently joined the support network of private counselors in Gallatin Valley this year. I love providing support for children and adolescents with a family systems approach. I believe in meeting children and families where they are at.
I believe in building trusting relationships that can thrive and grow through unique challenges each family may face. I strive to provide support while offering evidence based techniques that contribute to positive change.
