Hi! I'm Maggie! My hope is to help you in whatever way I can. Everyone's path looks different! I help people with many things; however some of my main specialties include helping individuals with disordered eating/eating disorders, body/self image, self-esteem, anxiety, depression, PTSD/trauma especially SA trauma as well as childhood trauma/old childhood wounds, OCD, ADHD, relationships, job stress, post-concussion/TBI, transition into adulthood, pregnancy, postpartum, and being new to parenthood.
I feel as though my strengths as a provider are my ability to connect with others in deep and meaningful ways. I am skilled at psychoanalytics; my aim is to really understand who you are, what your life experience has been, and noticing subtle patterns. I help provide clarity and insight. I am also an empathetic, curious, and open-minded person.
I aim to really understand and accept you for who you are so you can learn to love and accept yourself in deeper ways as well.
