As clients explore the challenges that have led them to therapy, my goal is to provide a space where they find support without judgement and build a genuine, strong connection, as I recognize the difficulty clients face in managing their symptoms and how hard it can be to find the right support. For those experiencing the isolation of long-standing concerns from childhood or who are managing the current challenges of a loved one or relationship, I meet my clients in whatever state of readiness or need they may find themselves, exploring a range of symptoms related to anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD or mood disruptions.
With expertise in evidence-based treatments for children and adults, including trauma -focused, CBT and DBT, I work with those who are new or seasoned in their therapy experiences and support clients in developing insight into the origins of their challenges, creating more effective ways of coping and experiencing relationships without anxiety or conflict.
I believe it's a privilege to be able to hold space for all of life's emotions, those that are joyous or stem from experiences that are forgotten and painful. I strive to create a relationship that supports each client's unique history; their current needs and challenges using treatment methods that are shaped for lasting progress toward therapy goals.
