Finding a therapist who gets you and can hold space for what you're dealing with can be challenging when you're a trauma survivor. I help my clients achieve post-traumatic growth in a relaxed environment through my straightforward (no BS) and compassionate approach. I understand healing can be messy, and growth can be uncomfortable, so I blend empathy and genuine curiosity with some dark humor and the occasional f-bomb to create a space for my clients to bravely work through their most challenging experiences.

My clinical focus is counseling first responders, military members/vets, those coping with addiction, and survivors of mass-casualty incidents. I also enjoy working with individuals and couples struggling with infidelity, traumatic events, family issues, gender/sexuality/identity issues, or beliefs that leave them feeling powerless.

As a Navy daughter, wife of a firefighter/paramedic, and mom of two young children, I have lived experience with the unique challenges experienced by first responders, military members, and their families. I'm EMDR-trained and incorporate attachment & somatic work in the healing process to help my clients get back in touch with the truths their bodies hold.
