I believe that everyone deserves support and a space to be heard. I work with individuals of all ages and backgrounds, and have a specialization in child and adolescent therapy. I also have specialized and extensive experience treating eating disorders including Anorexia Nervosa (AN), Bulimia Nervosa (BN), Binge Eating Disorder (BED), and Avoidant/Restrictive Food Intake Disorder (ARFID).
My approach to therapy is integrative & relational, incorporating evidence-based therapy practices. I typically utilize the Unified Protocol (UP), an emotion-focused cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) approach, as well as pull concepts from Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), Attachment Therapy, & Family Systems.
I encourage a team approach with my clients, which includes regular collaboration with other treatment providers, families, and/or caregivers.
