Hi, I'm glad you're here! In my therapeutic practice, I work to support all clients in their exploration and healing around issues of gender identity, sex and sexuality, loss and grief, depression, anxiety, cultivating healthy relationships, and self-acceptance. I specialize in therapeutic work with queer and trans clients. I believe that the most important aspect of therapeutic work is the creation of an affirming and safe relationship between therapist and client. In this way, my approach as a therapist is one that first and foremost is warm, kind, and authentic.
I work from a trauma-informed and eclectic style of practice, incorporating somatic focused mindfulness exercises when useful in supporting their clients' relationship with emotions and how they are felt in the body. It is my hope to cultivate curiosity and compassion together as we explore your experiences, relationships, and hopes for yourself.
My therapeutic practice is informed by critical race theory as well as queer and feminist theory and grounded in an understanding that as a white therapist, cultural humility and anti-racist practice are essential to my work with all clients.

Gender Exploration Group
This is a space to dive deeper into one's experience of non-normative gender in a safe & supportive environment. We aim to empower members to share experiences, provide support, & bear witness to the challenges & triumphs of exploring gender identity & transition. We welcome those of transgender, non-binary, & genderqueer identities, or anyone questioning where they fall on the spectrum. Topics discussed may include dysphoria, fluidity, navigating/considering medical transition, relationships, & cultivating joyful self-expression in a culture that enforces a strict gender binary. Together we will support each other in our journeys towards living authentically in our gender and ourselves.
