Right now, there are a lot of stressors that seem to be piling up for, well, everyone, and that can take it's toll on your mental health. Sometimes this means needing a little help sorting through the day-to-day stressors, and sometimes this might mean building coping strategies, exploring the "why" behind why you are feeling depressed, anxious, or otherwise just not yourself. Or maybe it isn't just you-maybe you're looking for help with family therapy or help for a child. No matter the case, if you are ready to start mental health services, I can help.

I use a variety of interventions in a supportive environment to build on your strengths and work towards your goals. What we do in therapy can then be built on for outside the office, in day to day life to meet your goals. I have experience with individual and family therapy, and offer both in person and telehealth options.
