I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate and I work with adolescents and adults struggling with issues such as self-esteem, anxious thoughts, and depression. I use techniques that can be found in Interpersonal Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral, and Narrative. Some of my work conceptualizes clients by using theories such as Attachment or Schema Theory.
