My name is Magdolin Saadalla and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) based in Orange County, California, and working with clients statewide via telehealth. I work with all aged children, young adults, and parents. I am certified in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT); Child-Parent Psychotherapy (CPP) for children under 5 with a trauma history; Positive-Parenting Program (Triple-P) to address and improve parenting skills; Managing and Adapting Practices (MAP) for focusing on Disruptive Behaviors, Anxiety, Depression, and Trauma.
My clinical experience has allowed me to work with children of all ages, adolescents, young adults, and parents. I work to help my clients navigate life challenges in school, personal, relationships, and parenting arenas to build on their strengths and skills for improved functioning.
My approach to therapy varies depending on the need of my client. I use a wide range of interventions from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Psychoanalytic Therapy, Strength-Based Therapy, and Supportive Therapy to assist my clients with overcoming life difficulties and achieving better mental health.
