As a bilingual/bicultural psychotherapist, I lead with a person-centered approach. Despite being an individual, we are greatly impacted by our upbringing, family system and the beliefs that are intertwined between the systems. I utilize a combination of DBT, CBT and trauma informed modalities.
I am dedicated to working with clients of all ethnic backgrounds and upbringing. My speciality being those who have experienced childhood traumas and family estrangement. No story is too complex or taboo to be heard and understood in my office.
