I specialize in divorce, relationship breakups & transitions into new ways of connecting when relationships need to change. I help individuals navigate the divorce roller coaster, turning this potentially traumatic time of transition into a mindful & transformative journey into a New Hope. In addition to working 1:1 with clients, I mediate divorce cases and post-divorce disputes. I also facilitate divorce/separation groups. The next groups will begin in September 2024. This is a 15-week co-ed program. The cost is $35/self-pay and commitment to the whole program is required.
Divorce groups are helpful in any stage of separation (before/during/after). The groups provide the opportunity to survive the loss, share experiences and information, decrease isolation, and support members through this difficult time. Three groups will be offered, both in person and on Zoom (Wednesdays 7-8:30 pm; Thursdays 7-8:30 pm; Sundays 10-12:30 pm).
My approach is supportive, empathetic, and collaborative. I believe that we are all naturally creative, resourceful, whole & good. I trust that all of our experiences hold the potential to help us grow. Together, we will embark on a healing journey of self-discovery, letting go of the past while traveling towards a path that aligns with the true “YOU.”
