I've been working in the field of addiction and codependency with adolescents and adults since I began practicing in 2013 . Since then I found through the use of 12 step work, along with continuous therapy, individuals, couples, and families saw the change they were seeking. I believe you are the one who holds the solutions to your desired outcomes and I am simply the one who is honored to help navigate and process those with you.
I have spent the majority of my career working in the public school setting helping teens with substance abuse issues and problematic behaviors that has resulted in alternative school or incarceration. I specialize in codependency relational problems, addiction, and helping families affected by addiction. I am trained in Gottman's couples therapy and EMDR.
