One that helps people understand the hidden emotions and anxieties that drive their behaviors and provides constructive feedback and practical strategies to enhance their qualities of life and lead to a more authentic wholehearted living.
Originally from Belgium, I moved to the US to practice law. Unhappy with my first career, I decided to become a psychotherapist. Based on my own experiences, I focus a significant portion of my practice on acculturation and immigration difficulties, as well as career counseling, and work-life balance issues.
My practice is respectful, collaborative, empathetic, and pragmatic, enabling you to express yourself freely, examine your thoughts and actions openly, and expand your self-awareness.
