I believe that everyone can learn skills to improve their well-being. I also believe that emotions are important messages that should be listened to and respected. I take an action-oriented approach, so be prepared to do the work. I'll support you every step of the way, and help you recognize the amazing progress you're making.
I particularly enjoy working with young adults, individuals on the autism spectrum, and people with disabilities of any kind. In my practice I like to incorporate mindfulness, self-compassion, skills-building, radical acceptance, counter-storying, and challenging the beliefs that no longer serve you.
