I use an integrative approach that considers the unique needs and qualities of each client. I love working with clients across the lifespan. Additionally, I partner with parents as they support their children's healing.
I work with clients navigating through various challenges including life transitions, trauma, anxiety, stress, relationship issues, multicultural issues, parenthood, generational trauma, self-esteem, body image concerns, spirituality, and suicidality. I have specialized training in autism and other developmental delays.
