Welcome! I am grateful you have taken a moment to prioritize your needs. Coming to therapy isn't always easy, so if this is your first or hundreth time, my goal is to help you feel heard, safe, and seen with our work together. I am passionate about working with people who have a desire for positive change, and are willing to do the work. I recognize I cannot fix most challenges, but I desire to hold space with you, if you'll allow. Together we'll work on why life is dysfunctional - behaviors, feelings, emotions, relationships, etc.
I offer individual counseling with a focus on trauma, depression, anxiety, and usually whatever else is brought to the space. I'll work with you to learn to cope, and reduce emotional distress through empathy and evidence-based modalities.
