My areas of specialty are complex trauma, anxiety, behavioral issues and depression.
My goal is to offer a safe, inclusive environment for everyone. I believe in a trauma informed approach and am passionate about helping my clients get the most out of each session. I believe clients should always drive treatment and use a variety of techniques to meet my client's needs, including: EMDR, Play Therapy and Solution Focused Therapy.
