My passion is to work with those who are experiencing symptoms of ADHD, anxiety, and trauma. Maybe it’s that you struggle remembering things or feel you should be able to do more. Maybe you feel a pressure to keep pushing and achieving to a higher level. You can’t quite seem to say no to everything, so your schedule is full and there’s no room to breathe. Things keep feeling heavier and heavier. We all need some extra help to organize and unravel our stories. I’m here to help you navigate the overwhelming emotions and burdens you find you’ve picked up along the way. Together, we can dig as deeply as you choose.
I work collaboratively with you as an individual to help you determine your goals and what changes you want to make. I assist you in identifying and cultivating your narrative and altering any unwanted thought patterns. We also work on using tools to create sustainable practices in your life. Additionally, I am EMDR trained and incorporate that as needed.
