I primarily work out of the Existential Theoretical Model, but incorporate DBT, CBT, mindfulness, and self-compassionate interventions. I provide support for all individuals; but have specialties in chronic illnesses/invisible handicaps, neurodivergence, self-compassion, depression, and anxiety.
