In my work, I have experienced that positive change occurs best when the therapist is able to create an environment of safety, trust, and acceptance. In this space, the client is able to fully be themselves and begin to navigate their own challenges and difficulties. I utilize evidenced-based techniques, specifically Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and client-centered approaches to meet the individual needs of each client and their families. I am passionate about working with children through play therapy as well as their parents. I also work with teens and young adults with a variety of presenting concerns.
