As a Clinical Mental Health Counseling Intern with training focused on relationships, I aim to help you build confidence and security as you navigate the complexities of all of the relationships within your life. Do you often find yourself struggling to connect meaningfully with others? Or have difficulties communicating with your partner and want to find a way to get on the same page? Do you feel discouraged by dating and are left wondering if you are actually the ‘problem’? I am here to help you not only gain a better understanding of yourself but also a better understanding of who you want to be moving forward.
I approach our work together with curiosity and thoughtful questioning to support you in seeing your problem in a new light. In our therapeutic work together, I integrate the concepts of Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), with a splash of Attachment Theory and the Gottman method.
