I work with couples, young adults experiencing disordered eating concerns, anxiety disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorder, and social justice issues. I strive to create a safe space for clients to explore and process their goals and concerns.
My treatment approach varies depending on client preferences and goals, however, I often use skills and elements derived from cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and motivational interviewing. My hope is to provide support for clients in a non-judgmental environment that encourages and fosters healing.
