Hello, I am Madison Gruenewald and I am a licensed therapist in the state of Minnesota. I have 9 years experience working in outpatient mental health/substance use disorder treatment, helping clients work through relationship issues, mood management, value exploration, recovery from addiction and codependency, etc. My experience includes working with individuals, groups and families and have worked with both adolescents and adults. My passion is working collaboratively alongside my clients as they navigate through their healing and create a more authentic and fulfilling life.
My approaches include cognitive behavioral therapy, holistic therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy skills, solution-focused therapy, narrative therapy and mindfulness based practices.
