I believe that therapy is an alliance between the therapist and the client and a coequal relationship. I strive to find the best evidence-based practice that fits the client’s goals. I am trained in DBT, Motivational Interviewing, and mindfulness. I work with families, couples, adolescents, and young adults.
I specialize in working with anxiety and depression, PTSD, ADHD, personality disorders, and attachment disorders. I find fulfillment in working with teens, members of the LGBTQI+ community, couples, and anyone striving to reach their potential.
