My ideal clients are adults 18-35 who struggle to understand why they feel something is "wrong" with them, missing from their life or who struggle with understanding, regulating and processing their emotions. My ideal client wants to find clarity and understanding of their past experiences and how they influence their behaviors presently while learning skills and utilizing tools to create a life aligned with their truest selves.
I work collaboratively with clients using various modalities such as Psychodynamic therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, & Parts and Memory Therapy to provide relief from Anxiety, Depression, CPTSD, OCD, trauma, childhood emotional neglect, life transitions, marital issues, family issues, & identity.
