Madison uses a holistic approach to therapy to suit the needs of the individual. Madison's work is mainly guided through a person-centered approach, while implementing other modalities based on the clients needs. Madison's goal is to help guide individuals on a path to a more positive mindset and empower them to develop tools to better support themselves using their own unique strengths.
Madison provides individual therapy for children, adolescents, and adults facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, ASD challenges, low self-esteem, and general life transitions. Additionally, Madison is a Registered Play Therapist in Training, currently under ongoing supervision, further enriching her therapeutic practice.
