I have always been interested in childhood development and how one’s experiences throughout early life shape identity, perceptions, and views of society and the world.
I specialize in working with children and teens, ages four to sixteen, who may be struggling with identifying and/or managing their emotions, feelings of low self-esteem, depression, anxiety, and much more. I utilize play and art therapy techniques to allow children a way to express themselves and work on managing emotions through CBT and mindfulness.
