Hello and welcome! As your therapist, I aim to provide a warm space to challenge unhealthy coping mechanisms, address changes you would like to make with confidence, and explore the thoughts and feelings that may make it difficult for you to meet your goals. I have a passion for working with folks of LGBTQIA+ identities, those living with depression, bipolar disorder, chronic suicidality, self-harm, folks struggling to adjust to difficult life transitions, and those experiencing challenges stemming from low self-esteem and lack of identity. I also enjoy working with first responders, veterans, military personnel, and their spouses.
I utilize various modalities and techniques in session and will ensure to focus on your needs when pulling from cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, person-centered therapy, solution-focused therapy, and shame-informed therapy. I ultimately aim to support folks in working towards living happier and healthier lives.
