My style of therapy is very direct, however, I am also known to be very easy-going and gentle. I work with individuals, couples, and families dealing with various emotional, relational, and behavioral problems.
I love seeing the many sides and emotions of my clients. I see so much change happens through having genuine interactions with people who care about us. Whether our conversations be light and humorous or heavy and emotional, I will strive to be my most authentic self and be present with you.
I am a mother, a “jack of all trades” hobbyist who loves creating, exploring the outdoors, and enjoying life, always open to learning more about the world around me and the people in it. I look forward to learning and growing with you!
